1. 適用範圍

本隱私權政策說明「捷運管家」iOS／iPadOS 應用程式（以下稱「本 App」）以及本網站如何處理您的資訊。使用本 App 即表示您已閱讀並了解本政策。

2. 我們不蒐集的資料

本 App 的設計原則是「不需要的資料就不碰」。我們不會蒐集、記錄或傳送以下任何資訊：

  • 姓名、電子郵件、電話等身分識別資訊
  • 精確或約略位置（本 App 不要求定位權限）
  • 您查詢的車站、路線或搜尋關鍵字
  • 裝置識別碼、廣告識別碼（IDFA）或 IP 位址
  • 使用行為、點擊紀錄、當機紀錄等分析資料
  • 聯絡人、照片、相機、麥克風或其他裝置內容

3. 資料如何在您的裝置上運作

本 App 的車站、票價、乘車時間與首末班車資料，均於安裝時隨 App 一併內建。您選擇的起訖站與搜尋文字僅在 App 執行期間暫存於裝置記憶體中，用來計算並顯示結果；關閉 App 後即不保留，也不會傳送到任何地方。

本 App 不進行任何網路連線。

4. 第三方服務

本 App 未整合任何廣告、分析、登入或追蹤服務，也不會與第三方分享資料。

若您在 iPhone／iPad 的系統設定中選擇「與 App 開發者分享」分析資料，Apple 可能依其政策提供開發者彙總、去識別化的當機與使用統計。此類資料由 Apple 蒐集並處理，請參閱 Apple 隱私權政策。您可隨時在「設定 › 隱私權與安全性 › 分析與改進功能」中關閉。

5. 追蹤

本 App 不會追蹤您，也不會將您的資料與其他公司的 App、網站或離線資產結合用於廣告或其他目的。

6. 兒童隱私

本 App 適合所有年齡使用，且不蒐集任何人的個人資料，包括未滿 13 歲的兒童。

7. 您主動聯絡我們時

如果您透過電子郵件與我們聯絡，我們會收到您提供的電子郵件地址與信件內容，僅用於回覆您的問題或修正資料，不會用於行銷，也不會提供給第三方。您可以隨時來信要求刪除往來信件。

8. 本網站

本網站為靜態網頁，託管於 GitHub Pages。我們沒有在網站上放置 Cookie、分析或追蹤工具。GitHub 作為託管服務商，可能基於安全與維運目的記錄造訪者的 IP 位址等技術資訊，詳見 GitHub 隱私權聲明。

9. 政策變更

1. Scope

This policy explains how the 捷運管家 app for iOS and iPadOS (the "App") and this website handle your information.

2. Data we do not collect

We do not collect, log, or transmit any of the following: identifiers such as name, email, or phone number; precise or coarse location; the stations, routes, or search terms you look up; device or advertising identifiers (IDFA) or IP addresses; usage, analytics, or crash data; contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or other on-device content.

3. How the App works on your device

All station, fare, travel-time, and first/last-train data ships inside the App. Your selected stations and search text are held only in memory while the App is running in order to compute results, are not kept after the App closes, and are never sent anywhere. The App makes no network connections.

4. Third parties

The App integrates no advertising, analytics, sign-in, or tracking services and shares no data with third parties. If you choose to "Share With App Developers" in your device's Analytics settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated, de-identified crash and usage statistics under Apple's Privacy Policy. You can turn this off at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.

5. Tracking

The App does not track you or link your data with data from other companies' apps, websites, or offline properties.

6. Children

The App is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

7. When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply or fix reported data issues. We never use them for marketing or share them with third parties. You may ask us to delete our correspondence at any time.

8. This website

This is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages. We use no cookies, analytics, or trackers. As the host, GitHub may log technical information such as visitor IP addresses for security and operations; see the GitHub Privacy Statement.

9. Changes

If a future version of the App adds any feature involving personal data, we will update this policy before that feature is released and revise the "Last updated" date above.
